Investment Manager/Director

• Work alongside an experienced development team to assess and deliver complex projects.
• Take full ownership of deals - from initial sourcing, financial appraisal, and negotiation through to completion.
• Originate, structure, and execute residential transactions (forward fundings, JV) across London and the UK’s major regional cities.

Track Record

• The ability to underwrite and interrogate financial models (Excel proficiency required - but not a modeling-heavy role).
• Strong commercial instincts and deal judgement, with a clear understanding of risk and value.
• A strong track record of originating & executing transactions in the UK living sectors autonomously.
• 8-12 years’ experience in real estate investment, fund management, or development.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and genuine enthusiasm for doing deals in a fast-moving environment.
• The confidence to operate independently, while collaborating closely with internal development, design, and finance teams.
• Demonstrable experience in structuring forward fundings, forward commitments, and JV partnerships.
