  • Assist in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, and identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the contract lifecycle. Keeping all commercial registers up to date.
  • Subcontractor payment review and approval.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for Water projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and notifying client of EWN events.
  • Help identify project risks, including cost-related risks, and work with the project team to implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Monitor and track project costs, expenditures, and cash flow, ensuring that any variations or discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Support the tendering process, including preparing and reviewing tender documents, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.

  • Must be flexible in hours of work and travel.
  • Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel.
  • Previous CEMAR administration experience an advantage.
  • Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence.
