In this role you will initiate, design, develop and optimize manufacturing assets and supporting processes while ensuring safety codes, policies and guidelines are met. You will lead single or multiple capital or major maintenance projects worth up to $10 million, provide functional guidance on equipment design, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor diverse team members. Effective communication across all organizational levels and continuous improvement of process capability are essential.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related scientific discipline) and brings at least ten years of technical or operational experience. Required expertise includes power distribution, manufacturing control systems such as PLCs, variable‑speed drives, HMIs, distributed control systems, machine safety and instrumentation, with Lean Six Sigma or continuous‑improvement exposure preferred. Experience collaborating with external technical service providers is also valued.
