Final review and approval of all assigned project related supplier & subcontractor invoices utilizing hh2 Document Flow to ensure costs are posted timely & accurately.
Review owner contracts for required billing, lien waiver, and other accounting related responsibilities.
Assist vendors and subcontractors when inquiring on invoice/payment status.
Set up new jobs & prime contracts in CMIC.
Approval of weekly check runs to ensure all suppliers and subcontractors are paid within terms.
Print job reports for projects managers as necessary
Reconcile all job billings monthly.
Prepare, collect, and monitor all appropriate lien waivers necessary for release of payments.
Assist Project Managers with other job cost related tasks.
Monitor accounts receivable status and assist with collection if necessary.
Create monthly Lump Sum, T&M and GMP owner billings utilizing AIA documents, including all required backup based on owner contract, posting billings timely and accurately.
