Accountability & Follow-Up: Own the tracking of all critical decisions and action items emanating from the SVP’s office and leadership meetings, aggressively driving follow-up and closure across the senior leadership team (SLT).
Executive Communication: Draft, refine, and edit high-stakes internal and external communications on behalf of the SVP, including presentations, internal updates, board materials, and all-hands content.
Interconnection SLT Management: Manage the leadership team agenda, drive preparation for external and internal reviews, and ensure the SLT is operating as a cohesive, high-performing unit.
