What you would be doing

Preparing & monitoring reports

Updating the learning management system with attendee lists and certificate records

Managing new starter and leaver administration

Supporting the overall development of the learning management system in the business with new courses, initiatives and all other areas in conjunction with the training & development team

Booking courses through our learning management system using our approved internal or external trainers/suppliers and maintaining relationships

Tracking receipt of all accredited certificates and following up as required

Monitoring all first-level training enquiries and responding where possible or escalating when necessary.

You will bring strong organisational skills and experience working in a fast-paced administrative setting where multitasking and attention to detail are key. You’ll also be able to show proven experience in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Previous experience working in a Training function would desirable, but not essential.
