- Promotes best practices in systems implementation in Consulting, IT and the business teams.
- Research alternatives that are in line with corporate objectives, particularly if the software is to be purchased or developed in-house or with external consultants.
- Mentors all Business Analysts, System Analysts and Developers in enterprise best practices.
- Provides documentation on complex initiatives when needed so issues and prioritizations are understood.
- Formalizes proposed change(s) to address the limitations of current practices. Define requirements and scope.
- Works directly with business leaders, managers, and users to gain a full understanding of issues as well as possible alternatives.
- Mitigates risk on cyber and the platform. Performs activities such as DR consistently.
- The employee is regularly required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of filling photocopier/printers).
- Vendor and resource account management and negotiation
- Be a leader in promoting and preparing documentation including Charters, Business Requirements, ROI Analysis, Deployment Forms, User Documentation and Project Planning.
- Manages staff, consultants to ensure their efforts are focused on the most important priorities.
- The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
