For positions outside the USA, the role requires advanced experience in Services & Commissioning and a knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree (or a high‑school diploma with relevant experience). In the USA, a bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma/GED with at least six years of relevant experience is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated problem‑analysis and resolution abilities, and the capacity to document, plan, market, and execute programs are essential. Established project‑management skills are also desired.
