Tasks
-Collaborate with external labs (e.g., UL, ETL) for quotes, certifications, and testing. -Stay updated on global regulatory changes. -Interpret and apply international standards (CISPR, EN, IEC, ANSI, ETSI, ISO). -Develop and execute test plans for pre-compliance and formal certification. -Guide design teams on best practices for EMC, RF, and safety. -Lead compliance efforts throughout the product development lifecycle. -Mentor junior engineers and support internal training. -Create critical component lists and setup instructions for testing. -Maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and audits. -Review schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical designs for compliance risks.

What You Bring
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Familiarity with wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, etc.) and associated regulatory requirements -Strong ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards and testing methodologies. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics design, with some exposure to Compliance related work, particularly in EMC/EMI, RF, and safety standards. -Hands-on experience with test equipment (spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, LISNs, etc.). -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. -Knowledge of working with EMC software like BAT EMC. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
