Set up new construction and infrastructure projects in alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout project execution.
Progress Reporting: Deliver concise and comprehensive progress updates, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop comprehensive resource allocation plans and monitor resource utilization.
Communicate project status, timelines, and challenges to stakeholders through written and verbal reports.
Build and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion.
Risk Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans as required.
Proactively track project milestones, ensuring early identification and resolution of potential risks.
Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration among project teams, ensuring alignment and synergy across various functions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and enforce accountability for deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and scopes.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Utilize Primavera P6 and other tools to develop accurate project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
