Drive cost productivity programs (knowledge of internal OPW tool is a plus).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of Siemens processes, policies, tools, IT infrastructure, culture and products is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Siemens Factory/BU performance and growth programs is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) switchgear and switchboard manufacturing environment in multiple departments within a switchgear factory (e.g., production, planning, material management, order management, assembly, testing etc.).
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required; presentation skills are a plus.
Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with cost efficiency tools; experience with Siemens OPW system is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement frameworks.
