- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
- Identify repair and/or replacement needs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems at mission critical sites (similar to a telecom or a data center)
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records (digital and written) and communicate with team members/clients effectively
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.

- Must have basic computer skills, and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have at least 3 years of Commercial HVAC experience
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
- HVAC Journeyman, E02, and EPA Universal preferred
- Microsoft Office experience (specifically Word and Excel)
- Extensive travel to sites is required, sometimes in excess of 100 miles in a day (no overnight)
- Willingness to travel (some overnight stay required)
