Initiating and presenting recruiting updates at regular team meetings
Performing detailed pre-screen interviews to assess candidate qualifications against agreed upon position requirements and competencies
Developing an understanding of key business drivers and providing internal clients with ways to address workforce needs to support those drivers
Plan and implement consistent, efficient and scalable recruitment processes that deliver top talent from active and passive candidate markets with high-quality candidate experiences
Partnering with management teams to develop, maintain and implement short term and long-term talent sourcing strategies for requisitions
Support delivery of enterprise training programs for hiring managers, equipping them with best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and inclusive recruitment to enhance their capability and confidence throughout the talent acquisition process.

Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience in an engineering professional services firm, focusing on property and buildings, infrastructure and environmental.
Exceptional client focus, with the ability to provide excellent service to hiring managers for a variety of technical orientated roles
Advanced experience using and maintaining an electronic based applicant tracking system, Oracle Cloud Recruiter experience considered a plus
Superior dedication to ongoing candidate care for external and internal applicants
Exceptional ability to influence and establish strong, lasting relationships
Proven confidence in decision making with the ability to think strategically and creatively to meet objectives
Extensive experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
Demonstrated strategic recruitment experience including sourcing and developing talent pipelines with a non-traditional recruitment focus
