Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Collect photographs of property systems and their condition for observation.
Prepare estimated costs for large repairs and improvements.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Review repair costs, occupancy, maintenance, and inspection reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certification as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
