Collaboration & Leadership: Work with PMO, project managers, and finance; mentor junior team members.

Tendering & Procurement: Manage tendering, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.

MRICS (preferred) or working towards.
Digital proficiency: 5D BIM, Power BI, Advanced Excel; Power Apps/Automate.
Knowledge or experience in scripting/automation for data analysis and information modelling (e.g. Python, DAX/M, R, SQL or VBA).
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial/Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years’ cost management experience in construction/infrastructure sectors.
Experience with cost and commercial software and PMO integration / collaboration tools (e.g. Cemar, Asite, Contruent/PRISM, SharePoint).
Formal training and qualifications in NEC4
Curious and solutions-focused, with strong ownership, adaptability, and commitment to collaboration and data ethics.
