Travel to field sites as needed for installations, inspections, or technical support.
Collaborate with design engineering, production, and service teams to resolve installation or field-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality processes.
Document installation procedures, updates, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Lead installation and integration of aerial lift equipment on vehicles in alignment with engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Communicate and coordinate extensively with chassis, body, and component vendors to align specifications, resolve integration issues, and ensure seamless installations.
Support new product launches and prototype builds with installation expertise and feedback.

Willingness to travel domestically as required.
E xperience in equipment installation, commissioning, or field service, preferably in heavy equipment, manufacturing, or automotive industries is a plus .
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
CAD software literacy (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including regular interaction with chassis, body, and component vendors.
Problem-solving skills with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
Experience in vehicle integration or aerial lift/equipment installation.
Bachelor’s/Associate ’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology , or related field; equivalent technical experience considered.
