Interns will support construction projects by assisting on‑site, promoting safety, and providing administrative and project support while working closely with experienced professionals.
Ideal candidates are enrolled as sophomores or higher in construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field, are proficient with Microsoft Office, can manage multiple tasks across projects, are eager to learn, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
The summer program runs from June 1 to August 7 and offers real‑world project experience, field visits, networking opportunities, and workshops on resume writing, interview skills, benefits, and presentation techniques, capped by a final presentation to peers and leadership.
Interns may work part‑time or full‑time, on‑site, must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, and are compensated at an hourly rate of $18–$23.
