Collaborate with global counterparts to support broader APAC and EMEA initiatives such as policy development, template management, and training programs.
Advise on employment law aspects of M&A transactions and manage employment-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Act as a trusted advisor on all India employment law and employee relations matters.
Provide guidance on complex issues including hiring, internal transfers, restrictive covenants, terminations, compensation, and pay equity.
Monitor changes in employment legislation, assess risks, ensure compliance and maintain and update employee handbooks, policy documents, and case management trackers.

Proven expertise in handling complex compensation structures, including incentive pay.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
