Perform life safety and code analysis, including coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

Lead architectural design for Data Center buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and Kiewit’s quality benchmarks.

Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field visits.
Conduct constructability reviews and 3D model coordination for interference checks.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with specification writing and value engineering.
NCARB Certification required; active architectural license preferred.
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program.
Understanding of pre-engineered metal buildings is a plus.

Experience with all phases of building design, from concept through construction.
Experience with integrating Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) into data center designs.

Apply knowledge of EPC and Design-Build workflows to optimize project execution.
Regular, reliable attendance
Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of Data Center projects.
Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g. LEED for Data Centers) and ability to integrate sustainable design practices such as energy-efficient cooling systems, renewable energy sources, and LEED certification to meet environmental regulations and client goals.
