Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience working in operational, field-based, energy services, manufacturing, or industrial environments (asset).
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with ambiguity or shifting operational priorities.
Strong proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data patterns to operational outcomes.
Proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership of insights and initiatives.
Familiarity with operational and financial datasets commonly used in energy services.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for operators, managers, and executives.
SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Ability to collaborate with field teams, engineers, accountants, and leaders.
VBA (for modernization)
3–5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics and/or related operational experience, ideally in the Canadian energy sector.
