While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to do standing, climbing, bending and occasionally working in cramped and awkward positions. Employee may stand for long periods. May lift equipment weighing 25 pounds. Occasionally assists lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
Consults with supervisor for approval to make major changes in procedures or sequence of operation.
Assures that equipment and supplies are utilized properly.
Maintains EHS and Key Control Records.
Provides leadership and guidance consistent with and in support of Department/Corporate goals and objectives.
Make minor adjustments in procedures and operations to accomplish work effectively and economically.
Plans work schedules, sequence of operations and distribution of work; designates workers and assigns work; explains work requirements, methods, and procedures; instructs on new or changed procedures; and assists with resolving problems.
Reviews work in progress and upon completion for correctness and conformance to standards and requirements.

Must possess and continuously maintain a current state driver's license.
Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC.
High School graduate or equivalent with training in motor vehicle metal maintenance.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in vehicle metal maintenance and minimum one (1) year experience in middle level supervision.
The employee will work in areas where dirt, dust and grease are present. May be exposed to chemicals that could irritate and burn the skin if appropriate protective clothing and equipment are not worn. Some chance of cuts and bruises if appropriate safety methods and procedures are not followed and used. May be required to wear a respirator. Expected to comply with OSHA, EPA, and State requirements, appropriate fire regulations, and published company work rules.
Proficient in proper handling and disposal of Hazardous Waste and Materials.
Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.
