
Ultimately, you’ll help deliver an efficient, effective, and trusted HR service that supports our people and drives BWB’s continued success.
You’ll be involved in all areas of the employee lifecycle — from resourcing, onboarding, and performance management to employee relations, wellbeing, and learning and development.
As an HR Operations Partner, you’ll work closely with the Head of HR and Divisional Directors to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR support across BWB.
HR Expertise: Experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner, ideally within Civil Engineering, Environmental Consultancy, or Professional Services.
CIPD: Ideally level 5 or studying towards.
Leadership & Development: Natural leadership qualities and a passion for helping others grow.
Employment Law: Sound knowledge of UK employment law and confident case management experience.
Financial Awareness: Understands costs and identifies opportunities for efficiencies and savings.
Commercial Focus: Data-driven, commercially minded, and confident using HRIS, Excel, Power BI, Canva, PageTiger, and MS Teams.
Business Partnering: Ability to build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders.
