What you would be doing

Distribute project-related data to internal teams.
Receive, log, track, file, and monitor engineering and supplier drawings in an EDMS.
For timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
Upon data completion assist in the preparation of data books with subsequent filing, scanning and generate transmittals as required.
Maintaining the security of confidential data.
Develop and update the document control procedures and guidelines to ensure the project team uses correct, consistent, and standardized processes.
Coordinate with Project Manager / Project Engineer and other discipline leads.
Identify gaps and provide instructions and trainings to different disciplines to improve document management processes.
Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows),
Maintain Engineer and Vendor deliverables in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Assisting internal and external with EDMS permissions.
Assist with either or both hard copy or electronic turnover of documents.
Provide training and guidance to external users to capture correct data exchange per contract.
Respond to internal and external document control requests.

Delivery-focused and deadline-oriented
Excellent organization and documentation skills
Knowledge of quality management and operating procedures
Experience in Procore, Aconex and Hexagon SDx is highly preferred but not essential
Attention to detail
Excellent communication (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline, Library / Data Science Preferable
