A premier global real estate owner, developer, and operator is seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee the operations across a 20MSF portfolio of class A commercial property in New York City. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence across building systems, and delivering best-in-class service to tenants and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure high service delivery.
Work in tandem across property management, asset management, acquisitions and design and construction to provide technical expertise
Act as a thought leader with responsibilities to oversee complex projects, facilities and teams.
Led master planning, engineering, and operational reviews of central utility plants nationwide, including MEP systems, vertical transportation, and environmental standards for new and redeveloped assets.
Lead a team of engineers while partnering with key internal stakeholders on major initiatives.
