The Asphalt and Concrete Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of asphalt, concrete, and related construction services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. This role requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact through project completion.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed.
Prepare and present accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Occasional lifting of materials or equipment may be required.
