This is a full-time role for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician based in multiple locations throughout southern Ohio area. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, providing preventive maintenance services, collaborating with customers to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining proper documentation of work performed.

Prior experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in HVAC equipment
Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
EPA certification or equivalent licensing to handle refrigerants safely
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education is a plus
