Collaborate with the Director of Media Production and hospitality team to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas.
Research hospitality, dining, lifestyle, and social media video and photo trends.
Support talent coordination, scheduling, and logistics for small production days.
Help organize footage, maintain media libraries, and keep projects on track.
Assist in writing simple scripts, outlines, mood boards, or storyboards for upcoming shoots.
Photograph dishes, cocktails, environments, team moments, and property experiences as needed.
Help scout shoot locations across concepts and ensure everything is camera-ready.
Work flexible hours — including nights and weekends — depending on events and shoot schedules.
Shoot high-quality video content across all LV hospitality properties (food, beverages, lifestyle, events, behind-the-scenes, campaigns, and more).
Create social-ready cuts that match brand tone, pacing, and storytelling style.
Capture short-form vertical content optimized for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere (After Effects experience is a plus).
Attend concept events, activations, and experiences to capture content in real time.
Execute on campaign shot lists — or help create them when inspiration strikes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (especially around events and hospitality operations)
You have experience with social media content creation (TikTok/Reels).
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident multitasker able to juggle overlapping shoots, edits, deadlines, and requests
Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom is a plus.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize quickly as schedules and events shift
Comfortable shooting both video and photo in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Resourceful researcher who keeps up with social, video, and hospitality trends
You've created brand-aligned content for an organization or brand before.
Current undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, or senior) or graduate student majoring in Film/RTF, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality, or a related field.
You've worked in a fast-paced hospitality or events environment.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate brand tone into compelling video content
You have hospitality, restaurant, or F&B content experience.
Strong shooting and editing skills, especially in Adobe Premiere.
You're familiar with color grading or have a strong eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work late or on weekends may be required.
Portfolio or reel required (class projects, personal passion projects, or past work all count!).
Minimum 15 hours per week required.
Understanding of lighting, composition, audio basics, and storytelling.
Exceptional attention to detail, from framing to file organization
Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
You're great at photographing food and drinks.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with brand goals
Confident problem-solver — whether lighting changes, talent is late, or a shot list needs reworking on the fly
