Application Engineering Intern - Year-Round

Description

The Year‑Round Application Engineering Intern will support the Project Manager and Application Engineer with daily tasks at the Novi, MI location. The role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to testing and analysis activities.

• Coordinate test parts for dyno and vehicle testing
• Deliver and pick-up parts, dyno fixtures, etc. from customers
• Support dimensional analysis of pre and post-test parts
• Support data reviews, comparisons, and summaries
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Solid interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong desire to work in “Hands-on” situation in a fast-paced environment
• Effective capabilities in the MS Office Suite and Minitab
• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering Degree program with a graduation date of December 2027 or later

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00, based on class standing, and the role is not eligible for company‑sponsored benefits. Compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, location and market considerations.
