Locate system performance issues and fix ground faults.
Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job.
Troubleshoot various issues and repair them correctly and timely.
May be temporarily assigned to other geographical area to provide support with new installations and upgrades.
Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a professional manner.
Troubleshoot, inspect, replace/repair a wide variety of electro-mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point of sale equipment.
Manage various testing requirements such as torque, thermal imagery, insulation (megger) and performance reports.
Communicate with colleagues and customers regarding scheduling and to provide work status updates.
Perform upgrades and revisions as needed.
Perform Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) testing.
Correctly review work orders, manuals, and drawings to correctly perform maintenance and service of equipment.

Experience with various POS systems (Verifone/NCR) and alarm systems are a plus.
Good driving record is required.
Ability to use a computer and smartphone proficiently.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
Electrical certifications or licenses a plus.
Experience with EV Charging Stations or other power-related electronics is a plus.
CPE250 Standalone, CPE250 Paired, CT4000, and the CPF50 training a plus!
HSA and FSA
Must be able to work independently and be a strong problem-solver.
One+ year experience working in an electrical capacity or education.
