Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Ensure all work complies with company standards and Singapore's safety regulations.
Work with other technicians and provide technical guidance when needed.
Liaise with clients professionally to explain problems, solutions, and maintenance tips.
Interpret electrical wiring diagrams, piping layouts, and control systems.
Conduct routine servicing, testing, and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Independently identify root causes of system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Prepare service reports and update job records accurately and promptly.

Certification in Refrigerant Handling / Air-Conditioning Maintenance is an added advantage.
Minimum Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and refrigeration cycle is essential.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial air conditioning systems.
