Required skills include strong analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities, effective communication and presentation capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools such as PowerBI. The role demands comfort with ambiguity, risk, and change, an owner‑mindset, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; HVAC industry experience is preferred.
