Manage/Assist with Key Customers Fire service needs
Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc.
Attend all scheduled training programs. In house training to be provided to successful candidate
Installation, Modification, Commissioning and repair of Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms & Emergency / Exit lights
Report work progress and performance by completing productivity / key performance indicator (KPI) reports
Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
Maintain best in class customer service
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security

Sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fire Systems protection equipment
Up to date product and industry knowledge - Australian Standards, Fire Alarm –Electrical systems
QBCC licence
