- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Quality Lead, and construction teams to align handover plans with overall project milestones.
- Coordinate with the records team and document control to ensure all contractors' documentation is uploaded to the company software in line with the project quality exécution plan
- Produce weekly reports and dashboards to track handover status and highlight issues.
- Required to attend regular meetings with the client liaison team to discuss progress and strategy
- Ensure all snags are tracked, closed, and verified before final handover.
- Facilitate regular walkthroughs and snagging inspections with stakeholders.
- Liaise with subcontractors and quality teams to ensure compliance with handover requirements.
- Support digital tools or software used for quality and handover tracking (e.g., Fieldview, SnagR, BIM 360, etc.).
- Develop and implement the room handover strategy and phased schedule for all areas within HBX.
- Monitor progress against handover schedule and proactively identify risks to timely delivery.
- Maintain and manage detailed records of room readiness, inspection outcomes, and quality documentation.

- Experience with handover or field-based project management software preferred.
- Proven experience in construction quality, commissioning, or handover coordination on major infrastructure or building projects.
- Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and teams.
- IOSH/SMSTS or equivalent safety accreditation
- Must hold a degree in Building/Construction management or Civil engineering with relevant
- Strong understanding of snagging processes and quality standards.
