- Record order details on various computer systems
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort and stock receivables
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
- Pack items into containers for shipping
- Ship and receive all products, materials, and supplies
- Track, trace, and provide status updates for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving
- Experience managing and documenting inventory
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A good communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Organized, punctual and responsible, with great time-management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and organized
- Strong team player, flexible enough to take on a range of duties
- Fast learner who is able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of best practices for receiving, stocking, packing and loading
- Ability to lift or move items (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
