Partner with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and revenue growth
Champion ERP/SAP optimization and data analytics to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Support strategic pricing, promotional analysis, and customer profitability assessments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and process enhancement.
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance tracking.
Develop and implement financial models and KPIs that connect front-end activities with manufacturing outcomes.
Participate in cost effectiveness projects for the division
Lead the transformation of performance measurement systems to enhance visibility and alignment across the value chain.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in financial controlling within a commercial or manufacturing environment in a matrix and large organization
Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
