The Senior Software Engineering Manager – Agentic AI & Enterprise Applications will be based in Bangalore and will technically lead a development team to deliver scalable, reliable and secure AI‑enabled enterprise applications. The role requires aligning technical solutions with business objectives while upholding JLL’s engineering standards and best practices. It combines deep expertise in AI with strong people‑management capabilities.

Required: Master’s degree in Computer Science/AI, 10+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years AI engineering, 4+ years people‑management (team of 7+), proven track record of shipping AI products.
