THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for skilled and reliable Supervised Operator to join our Water team working on the Southeast Water (SEW) network based out of Dandenong South, VIC. As part of our crew, you'll help deliver water and wastewater projects safely and efficiently, including minor capital works. This is a hands-on work that keeps the community running, and we need people who take pride in doing the job right. This is a 24/7 reactive maintenance contract, so you'll need to be flexible with your hours. Shifts can include day shift, afternoon shift and on-call work as part of a rotating roster. ABOUT YOU

  • Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Site Proficient: Prior Experience in civil excavation works related to water or wastewater reticulation systems. Ability to address customer and public issues on site. Willingness to take part in an after-hours roster.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Hold full working rights in Australia, complete a pre-employment medical and a Driver's Licence and working with children check.
  • Site Qualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain; Drivers Licence and/or MR Truck Licence, White Card, Excavator/Backhoe Licence, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years validity).
