Regional Account Manager - Midwest

Description

• Collaborate with customer service and order entry teams to ensure seamless support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, pricing goals, and margin objectives.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate weekly reports on sales activity, customer visits, and expenses.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions to customers and prospects.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site filter application surveys and recommend performance improvements.

Requirements

• Physical activity may include walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and occasional exposure to mechanical environments and outdoor conditions.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in filtration, HVAC, or paint overspray markets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and educate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
• This role involves regular travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing preferred.
