The role involves delivering precise, creative, and collaborative design solutions across mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines. You will optimize energy efficiency, integrate resilient systems, and engineer the backbone of next‑generation facilities, shaping the future of the built environment.
- Work under direct supervision of an Engineer or other technical professional for a specific discipline
- Generate BIM elements for the discipline model according to Level of Development (LOD) and Digital Delivery Plan
- Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output
- Apply technical competence with discipline software while receiving direction from senior staff
- Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within defined constraints
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget
- Maintain model information including coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, and sheets
- Produce discipline‑specific documentation with accurate annotations
- Monitor, improve, and maintain company standards and model health
- Coordinate design with other discipline models through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination
- Assist or execute additional Digital Delivery requirements as identified

- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, capable of using one or both platforms
- Experience in BIM production for structural modeling
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (formerly BIM360)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and schedules
- Technical degree or minimum of 3 years related industry experience
- Qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Competent with Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Experience with 3D Coordination tools
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
