Lead the design and development of mechanical and plumbing systems from planning through construction.
Serve as a client contact, leading meetings and communicating project updates with professionalism and sound judgment.
Manage technical tasks, monitor project scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction observations to ensure design intent and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and review of design work.
Perform and review engineering calculations, reports, and construction documents with accountability for quality and accuracy.
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, CADD, BIM, and modeling platforms to produce design deliverables.

Effective mentoring, time management, and organizational skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required; multi-state licensure may be beneficial.
4+ years of post-graduate engineering experience, preferably in mechanical or plumbing design.

Strong technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead project components and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts.
Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CADD, BIM, and relevant modeling or analysis software.
