Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements;
Meticulous and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
5+ years’ experience in project management;
Excellent technical writing skills;
Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities and large projects valued at $30MM plus;
Success at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Revit;
PMI PMP® Certification preferred;
Proficient in financial tracking and administrative processes;
