- To develop new skills and contribute to world-class projects
- Coordinate and proactively support BIM project delivery.
- Support daily BIM model management, administration, and maintenance.
- Play an integral role in implementing and enforcing BIM standards.
- Participation in community service and outreach occasions supporting local and national organizations
- Ensure consistent use of templates
- Maintain accurate documentation of the BIM model to support project delivery and management, and ensure project information is easily accessible to other team members
- Complete BIM execution plans
- Harvest BIM data and move project drives to the cloud.
- Participate in meaningful collaboration and research efforts

- Strong understanding of BIM software functionality and the ability to work with complex 3D models
- Proficiency in Revit to create and modify BIM models is required
- Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM Modeling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, cloud-based BIM model coordination, and clash detection
- Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges
- Experience with clash detection tools
- 3+ years in the AEC industry as a BIM Administrator or similar role.
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design required.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Drafting preferred.
