Experience with analytical packages and/or programming languages (GIS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Knowledgeable in multimodal freight systems, freight operations, urban freight strategies, sustainability, freight technologies, and supply chains.
Data science and modeling experience with large freight data sets, including GPS, travel times, commodity flows, international trade, etc.
Program/project delivery implementation experience is highly desirable
Master’s Degree or higher is preferred.

Experience with multimodal freight plans (at the state, regional, and local levels), modal freight plans, market studies, and/or federal grant support.
Degree in engineering, economics, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, business, public policy, or urban planning
