Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company.
Attend in-house training sessions.
Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
Clean and replenish service equipment.
Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety policy.
Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular H.A.C.C.P regulations
Handling cash transactions and ensuring the accurate cash handling procedures are followed in accordance with company procedure and till procedures.
Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.
To contribute to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

Previous experience with a catering environment desirable. On the job training will be given.
Ability to complete paperwork as assigned by your line manager
Accurate storage of food items and equipment after service.
Ability to work with minimal direction and as part of a team.

Good understanding of English.
1 years' experience in a similar environment.
