Reporting to the Property Service Lead, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of cadastral survey projects in line with the objectives of the Property Service Line
- Proactively identify, pursue and deliver Property Cadastral opportunities across WA.
- Keep abreast of competitors, industry, and technology trends.
- Assist with Managing P&L for Cadastral Services across Perth
- Support national property cadastral collaboration to drive an effective strategy.
- Oversee and manage the pricing, timeframes and delivery of property Cadastral projects.
- Continue to develop and manage the mentoring, training and development of the Property team in Perth.
- Comply with HSEQ policies and procedures and report on the performance of the HSEQ management system.
