Successful candidates will demonstrate trusted handling of sensitive information, proactive self‑starting attitudes, and strong communication skills. They must possess solid organisational abilities, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office, COINS/ERP, SAP Concur and intermediate Excel functions. A background in accounts payable, preferably within construction, and familiarity with governance frameworks are also required.
The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in the Aston Clinton office while allowing remote work as needed. This flexibility supports collaboration across regional offices and adapts to evolving business demands.
