What you would be doing

Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as directed by site leadership.
Process and review supply and turn-in documents including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustment forms.
Provide front-line administrative support to Army units turning in equipment.
Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative), and QA staff.
Ensure all equipment turn-in actions are properly documented and records are maintained for audit readiness.
Support quality control staff by preparing documentation for inspections, reviews, and audits.
Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS.
Provide clerical support for property accountability, logistics, and transportation functions.
Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, in compliance with Army records management requirements.
Ensure all clerical and recordkeeping processes align with Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
Assist supply clerks, technicians, and coordinators in resolving documentation errors or discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries from Army personnel, supervisors, and government representatives.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in administration, logistics, or business preferred.
3-5 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience.
Must have the State of North Carolina's driver's license plus proof of insurance.
Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
Must have a Real ID.
Familiarity with Army supply regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
Prior experience supporting U.S. Army supply, property accountability, or contractor operations strongly preferred.
Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume turn-in environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
