Lead regional HSEQ program for engineering projects, ensuring safety, compliance and quality.
Act as the SME for all HSEQ matters across the organization's largest and high risk projects within the region. Advising key stakeholders on compliance and legal requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams, embedding HSEQ into the all stages of a project lifecycle
Keep up to date with any legislation changes to ensure the organization is compliant with all local, state and federal requirements.
Take ownership of the HSEQ program for the region. Identifying areas for growth, continuous improvement and reporting back to HSEQ leadership to ensure a best in class culture

Ideally, the position will be based in Houston, but the role could also be based in Austin or Dallas with 20% - 40% travel required.
Proven experience managing a regional HSEQ program within the engineering and design consulting industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across all business levels
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Quality or related discipline (Required)
Lives locally in Houston and able to travel as required (circa. 25%-40%)
Previous experience working on transportation, rail or water infrastructure projects (Required)
