Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details.
Assist in the preparation of the project specifications.
Review shop drawings and submittals, respond to RFIs, prepare site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks.
Participate in design critiques and pinups.
Lead project coordination and meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor and subcontractors.
Participate in constructability review.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and structures to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Engage in the development of design through sketches, , modeling, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats.
Utilize BIM technologies in development of project models and complete construction documents
Coordination of specifications with construction documents.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects to include reviewing completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
Assess the existing condition of building components based on factors like age, functionality, appearance, and operating conditions.
Interpret and apply building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies.

LEED Green Associate or LEED AP is preferred.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Autodesk Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing.
Ability to hand sketch and/or communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively is a plus.
Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills for client presentations and team coordination.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities to handle multiple projects at once.
