Senior Reporting Officer

• Driving the ongoing enhancement of data visualization, reporting templates, and analytical tools.
• Assisting in the coordination, preparation, and timely submission of both internal and external reports in alignment with established deadlines.
• Developing, sustaining, and refining data models to enhance efficiency in the management and upkeep of critical datasets.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa. Preferred candidates will be subject to pre-employment checks including, but not limited to, police checks, reference checks, qualification checks and role related clearances.

This position sits within the Project Controls unit and plays a vital role in developing and maintaining a master dataset containing key project information and performance metrics. The role requires strong experience in data governance and the preparation of executive-level reports. Proficiency in Power BI, data visualisation, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with a solid understanding of public sector infrastructure reporting to succeed in this role.
